For the healthcare sector, Zoho has introduced Medscribe, an AI-driven platform built specifically for the healthcare system. Aligned with digital health initiatives, its primary function is to record conversations between doctors and patients and convert them into structured clinical notes.

  • Conversational Documentation: As doctors discuss symptoms, medical history, and medications with patients, Medscribe records the audio via a microphone device and transcribes it into organized consultation notes, eliminating the need for manual typing.

  • Scalability: Designed for everyone from individual clinics to large hospitals, its plug-and-play model makes it easy to adopt.

2. Zoho Campus & Zoho Classes: AI-Powered Education

Zoho has launched Zoho Campus, an initiative aimed at schools, colleges, and universities to bring various administrative and academic tasks onto a single platform. Initially launching in India, it helps manage day-to-day institutional operations.

  • Automated Course Creation: Through Zoho Classes, educators can leverage AI to automatically generate courses based on lesson plans.

  • Student Engagement & Management: Teachers can use the platform to send information to students, assign homework, and track engagement. It also features AI assistants, built-in templates for quizzes, tests, syllabi, attendance tracking, and polls.

3. Focus on Industry-Specific AI

According to Praval Singh, Vice President of Marketing-CX at Zoho, the company’s goal with Zoho Classes was to make teaching easier using AI tools ranging from course creation to attendance management. With the expansion into Zoho Campus and Medscribe, Zoho is pushing deep into industry-specific AI solutions to streamline operations across different professional fields.
